Dear Friends,

Further to Fr. Joseph's message earlier about the service this weekend, we hope that you will join us for the service and stay for the meal and fellowship, as usual, to enjoy some blinis with savoury meat fillings - so combining Meatfare Sunday with the pancake tradition of Maslenitsa.

Donations of food for this meal will, as always, be gratefully received, and it would be very good to see what variety of blinis we can all bring.

There will also be an opportunity, after the meal, for anyone who is interested in singing in the choir to have a try-out with our singers, and the little cardboard "church" and house from the Christmas party will be put out for the children to continue decorating.

The next Liturgy will be on Sunday 8th March, preceded by Vespers on Saturday evening.
